    When you participate in the Seattle House × SLU Farmers Market Weekly Giveaway, Seattle House may collect or review information associated with your entry, including your:

    • social media username;
    • publicly available social media profile information;
    • qualifying photo, video or Story, including screenshots taken to verify Stories before they expire;
    • tags and hashtags associated with your entry; and
    • communications with Seattle House regarding the Giveaway.

    If you are selected as a potential winner, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your eligibility, contact you and coordinate collection of your prize.

    How we use your information

    Information collected or reviewed in connection with the Giveaway may be used to:

    • administer the Giveaway;
    • verify entries and eligibility;
    • select and contact potential winners;
    • coordinate prize collection;
    • prevent fraudulent, duplicate or ineligible participation;
    • respond to questions regarding the Giveaway; and
    • maintain records reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and comply with applicable requirements.

    Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically enroll you in Seattle House marketing communications.

    How we share and protect your information

    Information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be shared with service providers or partners only where reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, maintain records or comply with applicable legal requirements.

    Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway is not sold to third parties.

    We take reasonable measures to protect personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

    Information you post publicly on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or another social media platform remains subject to that platform's privacy practices and settings.

    Retention

    Personal information collected specifically for administration of the Giveaway will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, fulfill prizes, maintain required records and satisfy applicable legal or business requirements.

    Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information we maintain about you, including the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information.
